Condo fees at Arriva are typically $0.50 to $0.60 per square foot per month and cover heating, air conditioning, water, sewer, parking, reserve fund contributions, building insurance, utilities for the common areas, landscaping, snow removal, 24-hour security, and concierge. Most suites at Arriva include one parking stall, with some of the larger two and three bedroom units having two or more. Also included is an additional storage locker, typically measuring 6 x 6 x 9 feet.
Residents of Arriva enjoy exclusive access to a roof-top garden & patio, party room, guest suites, concierge, and visitor parking. Some of the larger units also offer direct-to-unit elevator access. The Arriva guest suites and party room are available for reservation through the concierge. Guests of residents may choose to park in the underground visitor paid parking area.
On the ground floor level of Arriva you’ll also find several retail spaces including Caffe Rosso and Vagabond Brew Pub. Caffe Rosso, open seven days a week, is renowned throughout Calgary for wonderful coffee and espresso-based drinks, as well as tasty pastries, sandwiches and small plate meals.
